How can i amend my 2018 taxes because I was overpaid and had to pay back money. How do I go about amending 2018 or how do I put that on my 2019 taxes?

See this TurboTax FAQ for help with amending. You will need to amend your 2018, it can not be corrected with your 2019 return.
