How can I access my 2017 tax return. It gives me the option to download PDF then kicks it back due to not filing my 2019 return through TurboTax account.

Unfortunately I received an request for documents for my state DOR. Which I’m assuming is an audit. I filed my 2017 return through one TurboTax account and then my 2018 through a different turbo tax account. Now I can not access my 2017 return. How can I get a copy of this through TurboTax within a timely manner?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
