Help. PC-based TT doesn't ask me filing status (married, etc) during step-by-step Montana state and ignores when I change it on the form. How do I report this problem?

In the PC-based step-by-step for Montana State, TT automatically selects "Married filing separately on the same form" for the Filing Status. It does not let me choose my filing status myself. When I change the Filing Status checkbox (Line 2) on the form, TT ignores my new selection. This renders most of the step-by-step process unsusable.
