Hello having problems getting to main menu… just see documents and tax home. Taxes are in ready to file status. Trying to do a 9465 -installment agreement request

You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

Hello and thanks. If I clear out the cookies is it only for the Turbo Tax or all others. Want to make sure I don’t do anything wrong. Thanks again

It will typically be for everything, but most browsers will let you specify timeframes or even specific websites where you want to clear cache and cookies.
