Having trouble receiving my taxes

The irs website said my taxes were accepted, approved, and sent to my bank. But my bank says they don’t see anything and it’s been 5 business days already. What do I do now to check the status of my taxes

Did you double-check your bank account information to make sure there was not a typo in the information provided? You can verify your direct deposit information by following the steps in this help article: Where can I find my direct deposit account information after I've e-filed?

 

You may also want to contact your bank to see if they rejected the deposit. If they did reject the deposit, the IRS will mail your refund check to the address on your tax return. For more information please see the below TurboTax help article.
