Haven’t received my state refund in Cali am I the only one?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

I know that part I’ve received my federal I was just trying to see if anyone else’s was pending and still waiting I received my federal within 9 days
