Haven’t received email for turbo vis advancement

If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card1, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

If that’s the case it’s been longer than 48 hours for me and I was accepted by the irs and I never receive a email or my advance I was approved for? Any advice on what I should do?

When your Refund Advance funds are ready you'll receive an email with a virtual Turbo® Visa® Debit Card that you can use to make purchases online. You'll receive a physical card in the mail in 5-10 business days (this doesn't include Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays). If you did not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder.  Please call 1-888-679-8122 for further assistance.
