Giving my complete info I am not receiving any information on my tax return or a status. Why?

The IRS asks for the complete dollar amount, is this state plus federal?

How long ago was your e-file accepted?

You may need to be more patient with a system that is overwhelmed, and give some more time for the IRS to begin processing the millions or returns they have just begun to accept.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 34 of your Form 1040

I received Email from Turbo Tax explaining my eagerness to get my taxes done so quickly, and was even quoted as an "Early Bird". Is why I do not understand why I cannot receive any info on my taxes when I inquire. Eitherway I had another question; While filing and setting up the payment I went with money on a card. I'm assuming a prepqid card. Today I received a bank card from Go2 bank. Would this be my return? I am having trouble and am very busy and have not.been able to acivate it is why I ask.,

TurboTax Visa will come from Green Dot Bank. Did you sign up for a Turbo Visa Debit Card and chose to have your tax return deposited on it?
