Form 8938 is usually pre-populated with previous year's information -it's not there. How do I access please?

I could work on it this morning, signed out, and now the fields are all blank.

The form is not bringing through last year's data, there is something flawed in the online program.

Form 8938 is completely broken on the online service. I wasted 8 hours yesterday trying to get it to work. You input the asset details, the forms appear in the file, but when you click 'done' and fill out the details of the total of your assets there is a bug in the program and it deletes all of the forms (I have 10 assets you can imagine how dull it is to continually have to reinput these details numerous times). It was only the last support member Dean who actually witnessed I was doing nothing wrong, I was using a different browser, a different computer, so it wasn't a bug with Chrome or Caches. The program is kaput.

I would get in contact with support immediately. They gave me a download option in the end and there program/cd version works. (Make sure they give you access to this for free if you had already paid for the online service like I had).

 

Trying to argue with them that you should get a refund because the CD version is actually cheaper is fruitless btw.

Very very exasperating.
