Form 2645c

I received this letter int he mail, and I understand it is just a notice that they are still reviewing the return.  I have already received a refund for 2023, all be it the smallest I have ever got, so clearly not pulled any loophole strings, but has anyone got this letter that has already received their return?  The information I have read seems to tell me that this usually comes before a return has been sent?

Thanks.

Typically, when you receive a letter from the IRS in the mail, they will either provide instructions for your next steps, or they will simply be informing you that additional time is needed to process your tax return.  If your letter has instructions and a date to reply by, you should follow the requests of the IRS by the requested date.  If your letter does not request any further action on your part for the moment, you simply need to wait until they are done with their review.
