Final billing to be charged on June 21st,2019

Hello. I will not be able to pay your full  billing amount of $128.00 on the 21st of June so I wanted to see if I can set up two payments of $64.00 each with first payment on the 27th of June and last $64.00 payment to be debited on the 11th of July. I would appreciate your help in this matter greatly. I am a  senior citizen set on a fixed budget.

Thanks very much,

Sincerely,

Clifford Massey

@Firenlight

This is mainly a user community forum, but we can tell you how to reach TurboTax Support by phone, which you should do ASAP during the business hours below.

Did you originally choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your refund?   If so, TurboTax will start billing you in one of these two scenarios:   1)  either your refund was delayed a long time by the IRS, or 2) if the IRS reduced your refund to a point where it would no longer cover the fees.   Had you previously gotten emails to pay the bill, and did you get an email that they are about to debit your bank account on June 21?

If they plan to debit your account on Friday, you should phone TurboTax Support ASAP when they are next open on Tuesday, the 18th.    They start that debit process a couple of days before it occurs.   Once they start it, they can't stop it.    So contact them ASAP and make arrangements for a deferral.  They will work with you if you reach them in time.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
