Filed taxes on Feb 7th accepted on 9th still no advance talked with credit karma they said they do not handle the advance email to prove it an turbo tax won't respond bac

If you have been approved for a Refund Advance, your funds will be deposited on a Credit Karma Visa debit card. If you have created your Credit Karma Money Spending account, and are having issues with it, please reach out to Credit Karma Help Center.

I have reached out to credit karma money an I keep getting the same response ,talk to turbo tax ,so basically I just give up tired of getting no answers so I will not be dealing with turbo tax or credit karma money next year for sure

Same But Jan the 26th I filed got accepted on the 27th but nothing and they keep giving me the run around and blaming each other and no when I reply it says error mailbox full

SINCE THE ADVANCE WAS FREE  IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT THEN YOU ARE NOT OUT ANY MONEY.
