Filed my taxes on feb 16 and I haven’t received my return yet. I checked the IRS website to track it however is says not enough information, I also called automated ser.

How can I know if they actually got my taxes, it does say accepted.

If you see the message that your return was accepted, that is an indication that they did actually receive your return.

Take a look at the following TurboTax article for information about other steps you can take to track your refund:

When will I get my IRS tax refund?

I have tracked it but it says that the information does not match their records. I put the right information it keeps telling me the same thing.

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update and show the status. The 21 days is just an estimated time frame. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Since Turbo Tax will not have the status of your refund, continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
