I would say to just give it a little while longer. The IRS anticipates processing most refunds within 21 days however there can be delays at times. Please see details below regarding some of the common reason for delays.

Your federal refund can take longer than 21 days to process for the following reasons:
•You claimed an Earned Income Tax Credit and/or an Additional Child Tax Credit and filed before February 15, 2018.  It takes until the week of February 27 to receive your refund at the earliest.
•The IRS processed a refund offset.
•There were errors, inconsistencies, or missing info on the return.
•The return is under review.
•The IRS suspects identity theft or fraud.
•There's a Form 8397 (Injured Spouse Allocation) on your return.  It takes 11-14 weeks to process.
•You filed Form 1040-X (Amended Return), which can take 12-16 weeks to process.

The IRS also cautions that financial institutions may vary in how long they take to process direct deposits, and paper checks are subject to mail delays.

If we are under review do they send a notification? I’ve gotten nothing at all and my transcripts are blank.

(my experience last year) if you are under review they will send a letter. it will request any and all changes you need to fix. you will send this info back and it may take up to 3 more weeks before you see your deposit. DO NOT FIX THRU TURBO TAX AMENDMENT. fill out the paper work they send to you.

Thanks @Djsmom! I haven’t received anything and no one can tell me anything when I call. It’s been a month. So frustrating!

yes, (again this was my experience LAST YEAR) I called an irs agent. she told me my accnt was in review and I was to receive a letter.  I received my letter mid march, issue was my health care form was incorrect. I re-did it by the forms they sent me., sent them back and received my refund some time in april. you will NOT RECIEVE ANY NOTIFCIATION ONLINE. atleast I didn't.

Unfortunately, many people are in the same situation.

The IRS operations are limited during the Covid-19 pandemic and phone agents are not available at the moment to change your refund method.  Attached is a link with more information as to what departments are available to contact at the moment.

The IRS issues a lot of refunds within 21 days, but it could take longer.  Trying using the following link to track your refund.

The online link is your best option to track your refund.  I have attached another link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
