Federal tax rejected due to error F1040-266-01

My Federal tax return filed electronically via TurboTax has been rejected twice now with the error code F1040-266-01. I have read instructions relating to this error and checked the math several times and it is correct, but keep being rejected. How can I fix this?

Do you have a Form 2555 in your return?   There was a unusual cluster of users getting that F1040-266-01 error on last Thursday night/early Friday.  I reported it to TurboTax and never heard anything back, likely because that was the same day they moved everything to this new forum.

I'll see if I can give a Moderator a nudge today and will report back here if I hear something.

If you wish, you can phone TurboTax Support today.

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

If you have it, can you please post the entire verbiage of the error message.  I don't have a copy of it.   Thanks.

F1040-266-01 - If in [OtherIncomeTypeStatement] present in the return, 'OtherIncomeLitCd' has the value "FORM 2555", then the sum of all corresponding 'OtherIncomeAmt' must be equal to the [ sum of all Forms 2555, Line 45 'TotalIncomeExclusionAmt' ] multiplied by negative 1 (i.e., multiply by minus 1)

I am getting the same error. I have checked and double checked the supposed math and it is all clear. I am not sure how to solve this as well.

Great!   A Moderator reported today that it was supposed to have been fixed this last weekend.

clearing cookies did not work and different browser as well.

my amount in Form 1040 is different from Line 45 of Form 2555, so maybe that's why it is not accepting, I am not sure. this is the first time I am doing form 2555

anyone else still having this issue? is it a problem with my tax numbers or is it something to do with turbotax technical - not sure how to address?
