Does turbo tax figure return for prior years, i.e., 2016?

yes but online is not available.  you'll have to pay for and download for PC or mac.  make sure your computer meets minimums system requirements

TT for years prior to 2015 is no longer available.

I'm linking you to the TurboTax webpage where you can purchase prior-years' software programs for your computer.  Please note that these returns must be printed, signed and mailed.  They cannot be e-filed.  And don't forget any state programs that may apply to your situation.
