Disconnect svl times when filing. Paid Turbotax ok. Then chose Credit Card, and gave my info, it wanted 6 digit for email verification, no email received! More to ask?

Went back, did debit this time, same asked for verification, again no email.  Email not received in any folder. What is status, did I pay twice?
