I have been a loyal turbo tax user for years. This year I had a horrible time getting by the Credit Carma screen when filing. This was the straw that broke my back. You are forcing a bad business decision (entering a partner ship with credit Carma) on your loyal customers. Next year, I am going to find a different solution for my taxes. After all these tries, I do not even know if my taxes were filed properly. If my taxes were not filed properly, are you liable for the money sent to the government? I am going to contact my representative for congress and see if they would consider regulating your crappy system used to file taxes. This is another example of money means everything and let's throw a good product and loyal customers out the window.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience. To check to see if your tax return has been transmitted, you can login to your online Turbo Tax account and see a summary of the transmission of your tax return.
You can check your federal return status by going to e-file status lookup tool.
I agree. I have used turbotax for 7 years and it's always simple. I use the cheapest route every year. This year they had me agree to everything without showing me final costs. Charged me for a service that I did not use. But that's ok, it's your last time you will get me. Bye Turbo Tax
