I'm not sure what your specific situation is, on why you are unable to e-file, but please see this link for information why you may not be able to: When a tax return can't be e-filed no matter what you do

For billing assistance with this, please contact TurboTax customer service and speak with an agent.  TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used.  So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

  1. Click on this link: Contact Us
  2. Select your TurboTax platform.
  3. Ask your question / state your problem.  Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions.  You will be given the approximate wait time.

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.

I tried to e-file.  You said I couldn't because I overrode some entries.  If I did things your way, it would have cost me thousands of dollars.  So I discontinued the e-file, printed out copies of my returns and mailed them in.  You charged me for e-filing anyway.  I would like a refund.

If you are using the Turbo Tax Online version, we do not charge for the e-filing. The fees you pay are for the use of the software to prepare your return.

If you used the desktop version, and wish to have your e-filing fees refunded, please click here to contact customer service to discuss this.

Sorry no  ... the TT online fee was to use the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you have to mail it in.  There was no separate e-filing fee   and  Successful e-filing was never promised since TT cannot force the IRS or state to accept the return.
