I will never use turbo tax again got the advance and the temporary card does not work and I call everyday and they tell me something else everyday it now I gotta wait on a new card next month never will I use them again

I been having the same issue. Numerous other complaint sites report the same. I wasn’t able to use my card for purchases so I transferred the money to PayPal. Then the next day can’t even do that. So here we are two days later and the card is still not working. I been calling turbo tax all morning to be disconnected every 45-60 minutes. This is an ongoing problem according to the reviews and other sites. Why is this still ongoing and not fixed?!? This is ridiculous.

  • I was able to login everyday but today it's acting up. I cant even get to the login page.

Perhaps you should wait a few hours and try back later, it could be overwhelmed with heavy volume.

I got my taxes today but didnt get my stimulus check will i get that soon 

Also I tried to make a withdraw and check my balance and niether is working I have 500 on my card

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

My app is not working and when you call them about it ,there is a message that tells you to call back later or tom with no options...what a joke of a card

The Turbo Visa Debit Card app/website is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance. If you need another service please check back later.

If you are unable to get through to Turbo Visa Debit Card please check back as they are experiencing high volume due to stimulus payments being funded.

Your service is the worst i have ever had im going to put this on ever review and social media site i can my card does not work anymore i got the first stimulus money on it now it said i need to change my pin i try to log in and nothing i put my card number in and all it says is to enter a valid card number i need this second round of money called 10 time on the phone over a half hour every time after 15 mins phone goes silent im over this can i please get some help if not im going to give you the worst ratings on ever site i can
