Confusion about my Tax Return status

So, on TurboTax it said that my return was accepted about 2-3 days after I filed it. However, on the IRS2GO app, it still says it was only received and hasn’t been accepted. Has anyone been experiencing the same problem? Could my return possibly be rejected or delayed further?

Accepted and Received are the same thing.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
