Completed my returns. Status on TurboTax says that federal and state have been accepted, with my refund identified. Does "accepted" mean that federal and state agencies have acknowledged receipt of

Accepted means your return was received and the basics (such as the correct social security number) seem to be in order. See the following link for more information.
