Colorado state tax status accepted on turbotax but shows up not filed on Colorado's revenue Online

I filed my taxes on April 3. Turbotax has marked CO tax as Accepted. But when I log into https://www.colorado.gov/revenueonline, it shows up as not filed yet.

The state tax departments sometimes take time to update their progress.  Since you have an acceptance notification you will be good.

I still haven't received mine and Colorado revenue still says it hasn't been accepted but TurboTax does what's going on here

When TurboTax says "accepted" that only refers to the efile status.  That term appears early on in the process and means the efiled return made it to the state tax agency in the proper format such that the agency agrees to begin to process it.   It has nothing to do with the merits or outcome of the return.    Accepted does not mean approved.

"Colorado revenue still says it hasn't been accepted"

I'm not sure what you are seeing at the Colorado DOR "Where's My Refund" website.   What is the exact wording when you look up your return?    Is there evidence that the return is processing there?    Are you saying you see evidence that Colorado DOR Is working on your return, but it hasn't yet been approved?

Or are you seeing no evidence at all that Colorado DOR has received and is working on your return?

I received an email from TurboTax that Colorado had accepted my tax return this was about 2 months ago. On Colorado revenue.com it has you put in SSN and return amount to track it it says the date has never received my return but TurboTax says it was accepted months ago.

The wording on the state website says return hasn't been received or processed. On TurboTax it says the state has accepted it. So those things don't add up over a 2 month period.

Where did you get that Colorado URL?    Is that a typo, or is that an actual site you went to?  That's not a .gov domain, but instead is a .com domain.   I don't know the validity of it.  When I test the domain "coloradorevenue.com" in Norton's web analyzer, Norton calls the URL a "suspicious" website and urges "Caution."   You need to investigate that further to be sure that isn't a scam site that asked for your SSN, etc.

Use the link provided in the FAQ in my comment above to go to the Colorado "Where's My Refund" tool.

If  needed, you can phone the Colorado DOR to help you troubleshoot.

My apologies for not being as pedantic as necessary in my responses. This is the exact website https://www.colorado.gov/revenueonline/_/

I have also used the turbo tax link to go that way and check that Colorado hasn't received my tax refund. I have checked this multiple times.

Detailed order of steps taken

1. received both emails from TurboTax that Colorado had received and accepted tax return.

2. Proceeded to Colorados state tax website through the provided link instead TurboTax

3. Input required look up information based on Colorados tax refund tracking tool.

4. Received message stating that me return hasn't been received or processed.

5. Checked back multiple times a week on Colorados website.

6. Gotten the same message as is written in step 4.

7. 2 months later and roughly 15 days passed the 60 day hold or extra process in case there was suspected fraud has passed and still I have nothing from the Colorado department of revenue.

You'll have to decide which one you want to phone first.  If it were me,  I'd phone Colorado DOR first.   They'll be the easiest and quickest to reach.   Have your state return at hand.
