Century Bank says Turbo Tax has not informed them that my Taxes were approved. I qualify for the advance. Is there a glitch?
Can someone calls them or manually approve it on your end, please?

For this, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance. If it does, please reach back out here for the next steps.
