Cannot e-file amended return still despite instructions from TurboTax staff member yesterday. Site will still not accept my credit card. I have followed all suggestions.
I spoke to support yesterday, made the credit card address changes as instructed, waited to try again until today and it still won't accept my legitimate credit card. Should I buy a desktop version of TurboTax and do it that way?

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service
