TurboTax has a great description of using Form 1040X.
However, the link using Turbotax to file is not there. Can you describe steps to get to the link to file the 1040X using Turbotax software? (I typically use the CD or download the software from Turbotax. Apparently my returns are not recorded on your ttlc.intuit.com site so I cannot use them from there.)

An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.

Did you do the original return in the Desktop program? You start by just opening your return as usual. Go up to File-Open. You need to have the .tax2021 file on your computer.
