Can you change the date you set up for state taxes to be pulled from your bank account?

You can not change your payment date in TurboTax once you filed your return and it has been accepted.

For your State direct debit payment each state is different, you would need to contact your State directly to see if you can change the date or cancel the transaction.

How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?

I'm trying to see what date I did select for payment. Can you help me locate this?
