Can't find past tax returns

If I've used TurboTax to file taxes for the last seven years. Why can't I view my 2022 tax return? I've followed your directions, but they don't align with what I see when I log into my account.  I need to pull information from my 2020 From 2210 to file my 2023 taxes.

To access prior-year tax return, follow the steps below for TurboTax Online:

 

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select the down arrow by Your tax returns and documents 
  3. Select the year of the tax return that you want to print
  4. Select Download/Print (PDF) your federal and/or state tax return(s).
