Can't find my previous year tax returns in the documents sction

I have filed my taxes using turbotax online for the last 4 to 5 years atleast. But I can not find them in the my documents tab. When I logged in to the intuit account, it started as if it is brand new. But i double checked it was the same email  I used  to file my previous year taxes. What is going on?

Yeah this doesn't work. Your tax returns and documents is empty and when I try to find other accounts it just takes me the "unified inituit account page" which has nothing.
