Can people have been charged twice for taxes already paid and turbotax refuses to reimburse them?

Yes from refund and bank account also. Now my bank is in negative. Spoke to a supervisor today and he said he would not reimburse me when it wasn't paid. I have a screenshot saying it was and thanking me for the pmt

What were you charged twice for?  Tax due or the Turbo Tax fees?  And how were you charged twice?   

 

Did Turbo Tax take the fees out of your bank account when its suppose to come out of your refund?  If they took the fees out then they don't deduct it again when the IRS finally sends your refund.

But have you received your IRS federal refund?  And it was short?  How much was federal short?  Federal and state refunds come separately.

Turbo tax took out payment for turbo tax twice...two charges of 116.60

I was charged twice today and cannot even get any one to answer the phone so I have proceeded a claim against Intuit with my bank

I did that but all they did was pay me for the overdraft fees. Which was only $25. Hope u make out better. I will never fo my taxes with this cheating business again and I always give a bad review to anyone that asks
