Can my VA refund from 2019 be returned to me? I never received it. It should be $165.

Did you e-file the VA return or did you file it by mail?   If you e-filed it, does your account say that the return was accepted?

I e-filed both federal and state returns. Both say "Accepted 03/17/2020". I received my federal return within that same week, but never received my state return.
