Not easily. Search for my responses but I think intuit is blocking my responses. I been to hell and back trying to get funds out.
According to the following fee schedule, you should be able to withdraw funds from approved ATMs and a Bank Teller.
You have sent me messages 3 times about sending my card and I haven't received it yet!!!
If it's been more than 10 business days since you registered your card and it still has not arrived you may need to report it.
To receive a replacement card, you can call the Turbo Tax Prepaid Card Customer Service at: (888) 285-4169.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information on the Turbo Card.
Let me tell you. I will never order a turbo tax card again. I have my own bank account. Never received my card and filed over 20 days ago. My refund is there and I can’t even get my money, on top of that I only ordered for the advance and didn’t even get that. Then to top it off they had a temp card number for online shopping and as soon as my refund hit they took the temp card off. I called the call center and all the reps say the same thing over and over. Im going to be pressing charges if my card is not here in a few days. They shouldn’t say things to get people to get the stupid card and never send them out. I’m so over it. Keep sending emails saying activate a non-existent card.
How do you do that?! I don’t want this card I have bills that automatically come out of my own bank account
All questions concerning the TurboTax Prepaid Visa card from Greendot, or your account with them, should be directed to their customer service. Find more information at https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us
Hold it. You folks promote a feature of using TurboCard to receive our refunds. I will receive $12,000 and the only way to get to the funds is thru ATM withdrawals. Maybe you should pick a better bank the next time. Chime has no service fees and would be a better pick. Bluebird has no fees. Biggest issue you cant transfer funds out to another bank.
So you can't transfer your money from your turbo tax card to your chime card?
@Desikimmet05 From Green Dot's website: "No, you cannot transfer money from your Green Dot account to an outside bank account. At this time, you can only receive money to your Green Dot account using the Bank Transfer feature."
Reference: Can I transfer money from my Green Dot account to an outside bank account?
So the only way to take the money off my turbotax card is to go to an atm? And then find a place to load it into my Chime card??
Yes, there is a send money option by logging into your Turbo Tax card account. More help and guidance has been provided for you below.

This reply is not helpful. How do you get the money off of the turbocard.
You can access ATMs and visit a bank teller with a pin number to withdraw money from your card.
Please view this fee schedule for fee information.
We have started to use Zelle. TurboCard —> PNC Bank. The catch is, we are limited to $500 per week.
I just went to a Green Dot ATM that I located using your app to find a free ATM and it charged three dollars...?
@Heyall It could be a fee charged by the ATM owner. For more information, see: https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/assets/docs/GD-Bank-Cardholder-Agreement-(Intuit).pdf
Excuse my French... that will be a hell no! This has been the biggest headache getting money off this card. I’ve been to CVS atm allowed $400 withdrawal limit per transaction. I didn’t feel comfortable making more than 2 withdrawals from that little atm in the corner. And the atm gave me $20 increments . I did 3 $400 withdrawals , walked out the store looking like Gucci Mane. Still not all of my money. Guess I’ll head to Walmart . Smh...
At least y’all received a card lol. I hate it here. Card not here filed feb 4
I downloaded the Zelle app to my iPhone and added the debit card (TurboCard) and personal info. Info used to do background check. My father has Zelle at PNC. It’s built into his banking app. I then send funds to my fathers email address. His email is registered with PNC and Zelle. The funds show up in seconds. Father can send thousand of dollars to me. I can only send $500 from TurboCard to PNC.
I did not try Zelle app to Zelle app since father has PNC account.
I am trying to move $12,000 to my dads account so he can send it to Chime. Chime has no fees. At $500 per week it will take 24 weeks to move. Something wrong with this picture.
post additional questions.
BTW we had to call Zelle to go thru detail background check.
