Please answer my question posted above. Can I post my 1099INT info without having TurboTax get the information directly from my bank? I can't seem to get the past the "Get ready to be Impressed" page.

First, try refreshing your screen, then try clearing your browser's cache. Then log out and log back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser.
