I thought I had to open a new account when I switched from desktop to online this year. My ItsDeductible file is in the original account and I would like to upload it to my 2020 return. I am back in my original account and wish to upload my 2020 saved file.

Can anyone please share the solution? I have a saved .tax2020 file (current year) that I would like to upload to TurboTax Online and work on.

Now, open the .tax2016 file in TurboTax for Windows:
Notice: If you have dependents, you'll need to revisit the dependent topic to ensure their info transferred correctly. You can revisit this by going to the Personal Info tab and clicking on You & Your Family.
