Do you mean the 1040?

Yes, if you need it.

TurboTax's program is designed to start you with the shorter forms, no matter which version you start in.

Then, depending on your entries, it will automatically switch you when appropriate.   This takes the guess work completely out of your hands.

Rest assured that if TurboTax files your return with the longer form, it is because you has something in your return that requires it or it served to provide you with a tax benefit (like having enough deductions to fully itemize.)

@santina925 We do not know what your question is or what you need help with.  This is a very old thread that has not had any activity for several years.   Since tax year 2018, everyone files on a Form 1040 or a Form 1040SR.  There are no "short" or "long" forms.  The 1040EZ and 1040A have been eliminated.   If you are 65 or older, you use a Form 1040SR---which is identical to the Form 1040 except that it has bigger print.

A 1040 is the tax return form you prepare here to send to the IRS.   If you start entering data in this software you are preparing a Form 1040.   Please look at it so you will know what you are sending to the IRS:
