Can I file an amendment just to include my bank information so that the IRS can take the money I owe from my bank account?

I filed on 2/20/20 and did not include my bank account information.

No.  If you filed without entering banking information the IRS will issue a paper check for your tax refund and mail it to the address on your tax return.   Amending your return would be useless---it takes months for the IRS to process an amended return.

And.... if you owe tax due--there are a variety of ways to pay.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
