Can i download a previous years program that i need to file a new return for?

Since I purchased turbo tax business advantage for the year 2021, can I still download it

Yes.  If you bought the business program a the desktop version of the personal software you can still download it.  See the following TurboTax Help Article for instructions on how to access and download your software:  How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?
