Can I bring my own card for my advance

Can you load money onto my amarican express card or Walmart card prepaid card....

No.   If you want the advance you have to agree to a credit karma card.  You cannot apply for the advance.   It has to be offered to you, and if you want to accept it you have to agree to the terms.
