Can i amend my 2015 tax return online with turbo tax, if a professional prepared and filed my tax return last year?

Can i amend my 2015 tax return online with turbo tax, if a professional prepare filed my tax last year, or do i have to do everything by hand and mail it in?

You can prepare the amendment using Turbo Tax, but not easily. If the original return was not filed using Turbo Tax, you would have to re-create it in Turbo Tax to be able to prepare an amendment (Form 1040X).

No amendments are filed electronically. All have to be printed and mailed to the IRS.
