Been charged more than what was disclosed and authorised by me for all 3 annual filings

What is going on with intuit turbo tax? I completed my return, my elderly aunt and my best friend and each time the charge on my credit card has been as much as $21.00 more than what was disclosed and authorised. How about you pay me my hourly rate for having to go to the bank and file a claim against your shady practices. 

I won’t ever use intuit product or turbo tax again. 
Caution to anyone who uses turbo tax online, check your bank account because they are skimming more money hoping that you won’t notice.
