Altered Invoice for Turbo Tax - No Live Tax or Turbo Max

I received an invoice for services I did not apply for.  Please delete and resend the corrected invoice. I did not ask for or use turbo tax sole proprietor live assistance.  Please remove this line on the account and resend.

This is a public user forum.  Nothing account-specific is handled here.  Only TurboTax Support can help you with a bill you have received.   I'll assume you chose to pay your fees out of your Federal refund, and the Federal refund has been delayed at the IRS, so you got a bill for the fees.   Is that correct?   In any case, here's how to reach Support to discuss your charges:
