My refund date has passed and I paid 230$ if I couldn't efile them then I could have filled them out and filed on paper as I have in prior years if I efile and use direct deposit them I should get it with in 3 weeks if not turbo tax should not receive efile payment but they have al rd ready taken it out there should be something I can do to get my fee back

No. Once you submit your return then you have used the service. The fee Turbo Tax charges are not for e-file, but for the use of Turbo Tax software to prepare your return. 

 

Turbo Tax cannot control how long the IRS takes to process your return. If you have not received your return, then you may want to contact the IRS by clicking here to ask why your refund has not been deposited.
