After 12c letter and info faxed that was requested status said they recieved it and was prossesing return now it says more info requested

It says refer to topic of idenity verify but I recieved no letter with the code

DId you have already have an IP PIN assigned to you?  It sounds like the IRS wants you to verify your identity before proceeding.  Please see this link for additional information on the Identity verification service from the IRS.
