My form isn't uploading in TurboTax Expert Full Service. What do I do?

There are several reasons why your forms may not be uploaded in TurboTax Expert Full Service.

One of the reasons could be because of the file formats. TurboTax Expert Full Service only supports file formats such as .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif, .heic, .csv .doc, .docx, xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .ppts, .txt, and .rtf.

First, try uploading the form again. If that doesn't work, an assistant will be able to help you upload or share the documents you need to file your taxes.
