What do I do if my tax return was rejected and I use TurboTax Live Full Service?

If you use TurboTax Live Full Service and your tax return was rejected, your tax expert will let you know by email, chat, or phone call. They'll ask you for more information or documents to fix your return.

If you upload a new document to your checklist, you must chat your expert to let them know. They won't be notified otherwise.

Once you give your expert your updated info, they'll fix your return and contact you to file.
