Where do I get my 1095-A form?
by TurboTax•11• Updated a day ago
If you enrolled online for a Marketplace plan, you can check the website of the Marketplace where you purchased your health insurance plan to see if your 1095-A is available to download. HealthCare.gov is the Health Insurance Marketplace for Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. If you haven't filed your return, but have already entered the details from a 1095-A and then received a corrected 1095-A for that policy, you'll need to update the details you've entered.
