Documents is a centralized space to store documents like tax forms, scanned receipts, or payment confirmations, so you can quickly access them at tax time. For some customers, the location of Documents may be different.
To upload to Documents, follow these steps:
Select Documents from the left menu
For some customers, it’s inside Tax Tools and for others, it’s under Tax Home.
Select your desired tax year.
Select Upload and you’ll be presented with three options: Upload, Import, and Snap.
Follow the steps for each of the options you select.
Select Done or Upload another tax form.
Note: Data from tax forms shared in Documents will be extracted and added to your returns.
