Why am I getting address errors for my Home Energy credit when the address has already been added and is correct?
Some TurboTax Online customers may be experiencing an issue when entering their Residential Energy Credits.
These customers are asked if the address is correct multiple times and after confirming it is they are met with errors in review to enter the address. When the address is entered, the information does not stay, and the errors continue to loop in review/smart check.
