Message: Oops! No match found. Make sure you are using the information for the primary taxpayer...

The following message will generate when our system is unable to locate a TurboTax Online account with the information provided:

Oops! No match found. Make you are using the information for the primary taxpayer (first person listed on the tax return).

Please double-check that you have entered the information for the Primary Taxpayer. The information entered should match your previously completed/filed tax return.

Note- Desktop users, those attempting to access TurboTax Advantage Accounts or Downloads, or customers who have not completed a Tax Return online may not be able to pass this screen. If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax account please complete the Email Change Request Submission Form
