Please see the following information :

To enter a W-2 with an employer's address not in the United States:

 In the section on the TurboTax form W-2 for employer name is a box labeled Address Type.

Click on the dropdown and choose  Foreign Address .

You will be able to enter a City, Province, Postal Code and Country.

Here is also a post i found that might be helpful;
Easiest was to click the "+ Add W-2" button which takes you to the "Here's your W-2 info".  Here you can now "Edit" the downloaded W-2.  Select "Other" for "Location" and then you can select "Foreign Address".For both approaches above, in the "City" field enter "<city>, <province>, <postal code>" as each appears on your paper W-2 form.  For "Country" in the wizard, select the appropriate country.  "Canada" in my case.  On the form, put the country code, "CN" in my case, in the "Foreign Country" field.

I did that but it doesn't work. I think I have to go back. Delete the auto-filled W-2 and enter everything manually. I don't think I will purchase this product next year. I'm tired of these issues!

You can't make the changes in the review section - you have to return to the Federal portion and actually EDIT the W-2.   Changing the zip code or address format in the Review section as it won't stick.   Search for W-2, click on the Jump to W-2 link, and use the Edit function.   Check the address format - Foreign Country and update the zip code.

If you still receive an error (you should not get an error if you edit it in the W-2 section), then you should go ahead and delete the W-2 and manually re-enter it.   It is a relatively quick entry.   @PattieWoe
